Return and exchange

All products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met. The return fee is €5.99 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you wish to use the extended return right, please contact our customer service before sending your return to ensure a quick processing.

  • The products must be unused and the labels must be closed.
  • The refund declaration is made either on a paper form or on a customer account.
  • Products containing animal hair or dandruff are not returnable.
  • A return fee of €10 is charged for the return of discarded products.
  • The sales packaging of the shoes must be intact and packed in the same outer packaging in which you received it.
  • If you want to change the product to a different size, for example, you can return it as normal and place a new order for the product you want in our online shop.
  • If you have received a free gift with an order over a certain amount, you must also return it if the amount of the order is below the free gift limit due to the return. If you do not return the gift, we will deduct the value of the gift from the refundable amount.

If the returned product is missing tags or has animal hair, dandruff or other dirt, we will deduct a €10 handling fee from the amount refunded.

Pack the product well for shipping and include a completed return form if you have not made a return notification in your customer account. The return form will also indicate any exchanges. The return notification must be made in one of these two ways in order for the return to be processed.

Contact us and we will send you a return address card. Do not leave the original shipping label visible. Leave the shipment at the nearest PostNord service point or parcel machine.

  1. Take the parcel to a Post Office service point and quote the contract number 627228.
  2. Please keep your return receipt until you receive notification from us that your return has been processed.

Return or exchange is possible at our warehouse on weekdays from 9-15 at Metsäkaari 3, 05460 Hyvinkää.

You will receive a return receipt with a shipping label, which should be kept until you have received an email that the return has been processed. We will replace a lost return to the customer only against a return receipt.

The parcel will normally be returned within 2-4 working days. We will process your return as soon as possible after receiving it.

Refunds will always be made according to the payment method of the order, for example, the amount paid by credit card will be refunded to the credit card.

Pack the returned product in the original shipping container. If it is not intact, any shipping container will do.

Yes you can. If the orders were placed under a different name, please mention this in the return notification.

If you experience a fault with your product, please contact our customer service team immediately after you discover the fault. You must try the product or put it into service within a reasonable period of time, i.e. within 14 days of receipt, in order for us to compensate you for any defects in the product.

If your order contains a picking error, the wrong product or is missing a product, please contact our customer service team immediately via chat, email or phone.
